The on-site testing instrument for off board electric vehicle chargers is under the jurisdiction of TC104 (National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electrical Instruments and Meters), and the competent department is the China Machinery Industry Federation. The "DC Energy Meter Inspection Device" is under the jurisdiction of TC104 (National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electrical Instruments and Meters), implemented by TC104SC2 (Electrical and Electromagnetic Measurement Equipment Branch of National Technical Committee for Standardization of Electrical Instruments and Meters), and supervised by the China Machinery Industry Federation.
