1. Introduction to the Plan
This plan adopts Skonda's independently developed EVTP new energy vehicle inspection platform, integrating safety testing, charging compatibility testing, charging insulation testing and other multi station testing functions, to build a one-stop universal testing process. By building different vehicle detection models, automatically retrieving test models, distributing test tasks to each station, identifying station locations in the testing process, automatically uploading test data to the backend, and customizing test reports, we provide customers with an overall solution for electric vehicle detection.

3. Planning of testing station locations
Vehicle information input station (tablet computer): Enter the basic information of the vehicle, select the testing model (such as waterproof detection mode), upload the basic information to the server, and the server will bind the basic information with the body barcode.
Manual inspection station (original station, not covered by the plan): Manually inspect vehicles, check chassis components, etc., manually input test results and upload them to the server.
Equipotential inspection station: Scan the barcode to automatically select the testing program, check warning signs and confirm contact protection checks, perform equipotential testing, upload test results to the server, and upload test results to the server.
Vehicle performance station (original station, not involved in the plan): Manually check various performance indicators of electric vehicles, manually enter the test results, and upload the test results to the server.
Charging Interface Validity Testing Station (Complete Version): Simulate fast and slow charging tests, test and record test results according to national standard requirements, and upload them to the server.
Charging Interface Validity Testing Station (Simplified Version): Simulate fast and slow charging tests to confirm that charging can be performed according to the protocol, and upload the charging results to the server.
Dry area charging socket insulation resistance and insulation monitoring function testing station: During the fast charging process, simulate insulation faults, check whether the vehicle end prompts an alarm for faults, stop the charging process to meet national standard requirements, record the test results, and upload them to the server+charging interface for insulation.
Functional safety protection testing station (tablet computer): Operators confirm functions according to functional safety protection requirements, manually enter test results, and upload them to the server.
Wet area charging socket insulation resistance and insulation monitoring function testing station: After the vehicle is submerged in water or cleaned, simulate insulation faults during fast charging, check whether the vehicle end prompts an alarm for faults, stop the charging process to meet national standard requirements, record the test results, and upload them to the server.
Waterproof Data Review Station (Tablet): Based on the manufacturer's list of high-voltage component waterproof rating certification documents, verify each certification document one by one to ensure compliance with requirements, confirm the test results on the platform, and upload them to the server.
Simple Charging Station with Gun: Simulate fast and slow charging tests to confirm that it can charge according to the protocol, and upload the charging results to the server.
Backend network server and reporting station: a server platform used to receive and store testing data from various stations. Summarize the test results of each testing station, determine whether they meet the inspection qualification standards based on the results, and after review, output the testing report in the specified format.
