The team, dressed in SKONDA cultural shirts, set off towards the sunrise and arrived at the beautiful lake, starting the first activity of team building - rowing challenge! This project is easy to operate, safe and easy to learn, and can effectively improve team cohesion, endurance, and adaptability. With the help of professional coaches, the four groups quickly learned the essentials of rowing and practiced for half an hour. After ensuring that everyone had mastered the method, the team began a fierce competition. The rule of the competition is to complete the entire race as quickly as possible to win. And with the sound of the starting gun, the participating team members lined up neatly, vigorously swung their oars, and shouted louder and louder. Finally, with a whistle, the green team led by Wang Jianyong, Deputy General Manager of Suzhou Branch, broke through the waves and won the vanguard!

After a brief break at noon, the team welcomed an exciting gaming session in the afternoon. Firstly, showcasing team style is an important part of team building activities. Under the rules of group combat, all teams have high morale and demonstrate a strong sense of belonging and unity!

Subsequently, the "number transmission" game that tests team cohesion and communication skills begins. Each member needs to pass on the received numbers to the previous person through pre agreed body language such as tapping, tapping, and rubbing without looking back. The team that can correctly transmit the numbers is the winner. The numbers obtained by the team are diverse, including thousands, negative numbers, decimals, etc., which greatly tests the communication and understanding abilities between teams. During the training process, a group adopted a method where A used a secret code to pass numbers to their teammate B in front of them. If the transmission was correct, their teammate C would take a photo of A as feedback. This method ensures that the information is not distorted and is very clever, which has been recognized by everyone.

Next is a six person seven legged game, where everyone works hard to move forward with their ankles tied together, seeking victory steadily, coordinating and cooperating, demonstrating excellent cohesion and coordination.

The last game is a card flipping game. The playing cards are arranged in different shapes on the table, and everyone goes forward to flip them one by one. First, they need to find the card with the number 1. If it is not, they need to be covered back in their original position. Until the number 1 is flipped out, place the playing card face up in its original position, and then the player continues to search from small to large according to the number. The player who flips 13 cards first wins. This game may seem simple, but it actually tests the team's ability to divide tasks and communicate effectively. Once the division of labor is unclear and communication is not smooth, there will be situations where everyone flips the same card repeatedly, wasting a lot of time and missing opportunities.

After five brief games, everyone deeply felt that a united and cohesive team has strength. And the company management team, as the backbone, is also the key to the transmission and distribution of information within the company. Only by forming a tacit understanding, unity, and smooth team atmosphere can we enhance cohesion and unleash greater competitiveness!

This outdoor team building activity is SKONDA's care and inspiration for the entire management team. We hope that everyone can gain insights in a relaxed and enjoyable way, integrate the spirit of cooperation in team building into their work, unite the collective strength, and continue to work with SKONDA to look forward to a better future!
