The programmable energy-saving feedback load LCE85 series integrates three functions: DC source, load, and BMS simulation. It is equipped with an efficient bidirectional power module and a multi protocol BMS simulation module, supporting dynamic switching of working modes and channel power. It has the characteristics of high power, good performance, and wide application. When working in BMS simulation and load mode, the electrical energy generated during the testing process can be fed back to the grid, enabling the recycling of electrical energy and achieving the goal of high efficiency and energy conservation.

The LCE85 series supports mainstream protocol standards for DC charging stations at home and abroad, including national, European, American, Japanese, NACS, ChaoJi, etc. It can simulate charging protocols such as 2011, 2015, 2023, 2015+, group standards, CFC current matching, etc. It can meet the needs of research and development, debugging, production inspection, aging testing, etc. for integrated charging stations, split supercharging stations, and multi gun heavy-duty truck charging stations.

• This series of products has a rated voltage of 1500V for the power cabinet and a maximum current of 1200A

• The power cabinet of this series of products can support a maximum power of 1200kW, and the power cabinet adopts a modular design for easy expansion of power

• This series of products can set different working modes for each channel to meet the testing requirements of different application scenarios of DC charging piles, including load mode, DCS mode, BMS mode, and dual gun charging mode

• Load mode is specifically designed for testing the main power of split flexible charging piles

• DCS mode can meet the charging pile input function testing of DD mode in optical storage charging applications

• BMS mode is used for terminal output testing and communication testing of different protocol standards connected to charging stations

• The dual gun charging mode is used to simulate dual gun charging for buses and other vehicles, meeting the requirements of dual gun charging mode testing

• The bidirectional function of the power module can meet the V2G function testing scenarios of vehicle discharge and charging pile feedback to the power grid

• Each channel of the BMS functional module has real-time measurement functions for DC charging pile voltage, current, auxiliary power supply voltage (GB), CC1, CC2, CP voltage, etc

• Each channel of the BMS functional module has a fault simulation function, which can simulate insulation faults, overvoltage faults, interface disconnection faults, etc
