DC charging pile simulation analyzer EV7004

DC charging pile simulation analyzer-EV7002 is a test instrument specially used to simulate the charging process and various faults. Internal integrated control guide line module, AC voltage sampling module, AC current sampling module, abnormal charging simulation module, timing measurement module, communication control module, touch screen display module, etc. This series is used for online debugging, production line detection, on-site verification of DC charging pile products.

● Abnormal fault simulation: The simple test system can simulate hardware faults such as connector overtemperature, battery pack overtemperature, connector fault, component fault, etc.

● BMS parameter simulation: the interface directly sets BMS parameters, which is simple and easy to use

● Rich expansion interface: external expansion DC voltage signal, DC current signal, synchronization signal, PE and other signal connection terminals, can be connected to oscilloscope and other testing equipment to monitor the actual charging pile status during the test

● Support multiple communication interfaces (optional): support GPIB, RS232, RS485, LAN, WIFI and other communication interfaces, remote operation control

● External load interface: According to the actual test needs, the load characteristics of the charging pile can be tested in conjunction with the external load
