Drive innovation with user needs and technological R & D to promote industry progress
A simple test system for DC charging piles-EVD7002, is a test system designed to simulate the charging process and various faults. Internal integrated BMS simulator, information interaction module, real-time communication module, voltage and current acquisition module, auxiliary power module, load module, abnormal simulation module, external expansion communication module, etc. This series is used for online debugging, production line detection, on-site verification, etc. of DC charging pile products, effectively getting rid of the test limitation of real vehicles as detection devices.
● New national standard design: The simulated vehicle BMS software conforms to the "GB / T 27930-2015 Electric Vehicle Non-vehicle Conductive Charger and Battery Management System Communication Protocol" protocol standard. The control guidance circuit conforms to the principle provisions of the control guidance circuit in "GB / T18487.1-2015 Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging System Part 1: General Requirements"
● Standard connection socket: The vehicle socket meets the requirements of "GB / T 20234.3-2015 Connection Device for Conductive Charging of Electric Vehicles Part 3: DC Charging Interface"
● Abnormal fault simulation: The simple test system can simulate hardware faults such as connector overtemperature, battery pack overtemperature, connector fault, component fault, etc.
● BMS parameter simulation: the interface directly sets BMS parameters, which is simple and easy to use
● Real-time display of data results: The test data shows the current charging voltage, current, charging time, charging status, etc., the actual status of the charging pile-at a glance
● Touch screen touch design: Seven-inch color high-definition touch screen design to enhance product operation experience
● Rich expansion interface: external expansion DC voltage signal, DC current signal, synchronization signal, PE and other signal connection terminals, can be connected to oscilloscope and other testing equipment to monitor the actual charging pile status during testing
● Support multiple communication interfaces (optional): support GPIB, RS232, LAN and other communication interfaces, can be remotely operated and controlled
