AC charging pile simple test system EVA7001

EVA7001, a simple test system for AC charging piles, is specially designed to simulate the charging process and various faults. Internal integrated control guide line module, AC voltage sampling module, AC current sampling module, abnormal charging simulation module, timing measurement module, communication control module, touch screen display module, etc. This series is used for online debugging and production line testing of AC charging pile products, effectively getting rid of the testing limitations of real vehicles as testing devices.

● New national standard design: The control and guidance circuit conforms to the principle of the control and guidance circuit in "GB / T 18487.1-201 5 Electric Vehicle Conductive Charging System Part 1: General Requirements". The vehicle socket meets the requirements of "GB / T 20234.2-2015 Connection Device for Conductive Charging of Electric Vehicles Part 2: AC Charging Interface"

● Standard test items: The test items are based on the national standard GB / T 18487.1-2015 and the interoperability test standards

● Abnormal fault simulation: the simple test system can simulate hardware faults such as CP interruption and CP grounding PE broken needle

● Graphic test items: Listed display of new national standard test items, you can choose whether to test the test items, the test label and test name are displayed together for easy comparison. The test items are executed in a streamlined sequence, and the test progress is visually displayed.

● Data result list display: test data and whether it is qualified, after the completion of a single test, directly display the results, easy to read and analyze the single bad data

● Touch screen touch design: Seven-inch color high-definition touch screen design to enhance product operation experience

● Extensive expansion interface: external expansion AC voltage signal, AC current signal, PWM signal, synchronization signal, PE and other signal connection terminals, can be connected to oscilloscope and other testing equipment, monitored and tested

Test items to test the timing of the connection between the AC pile and the vehicle interface, test the high and low point voltage, frequency duty cycle

● A1-3001 charging ready test

Test items to test the timing of the AC pile and the vehicle in the charging ready state, test the high and low voltage, frequency, duty cycle,

● A1-4001 startup and charging stage test

Test items to test the timing of the AC pile and the vehicle during the startup and charging phases, and test the AC voltage

● A1-5001 normal charge end test

Test items to test the timing of the AC pile and the vehicle at the end of normal charging, test the AC voltage and shutdown timing

● A1-3502 CP disconnection test

The test simulates the test item of disconnecting the CP pin and whether the AC pile stops charging during charging, and testing the protection time.

● A1-3503 CP grounding test

Test the test item that simulates the connection of CP to PE with 120 ohm resistance during charging, whether the AC pile stops charging, and test the protection time

● A1-4501 PE pin break test

Test item for testing the loss of continuity of the protective ground conductor, test protection time

● A1-4503 disconnect switch S2 test

Test the test item that simulates opening the switch S2 during charging, whether the AC pile stops charging, and test the protection time

● A1-6002 CP circuit voltage upper limit test

Test whether the AC pile stops charging when the simulated CP loop voltage is greater than 6.8V during charging, and test the protection time

● A1-6002 CP loop voltage lower limit test

Test the test item of whether the AC pile stops charging when the simulated CP loop voltage is less than 5.2V during charging, and test the protection time

● A1-4502 output overcurrent test

Test whether the AC pile stops charging when the current exceeds 110% of the rated current, test the protection time
